    About Matt Lockwood

    Matt Lockwood, of Washington D.C., led a startup from founding to a full-service digital storytelling agency with a global impact, best-in-class client list, and millions in annual revenue. He was responsible for creating, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the agency in addition to providing financial, operational, and professional development leadership. Matt Lockwood, of Washington D.C., has represented companies at various business functions, including speaking engagements at industry-related events and conferences. He has created and executed successful campaigns to achieve business, policy, and product goals. He is focused on building relationships with his clients and finding innovative ways to best tell their stories. Matt Lockwood, of Washington D.C., led communications and product management for the Economic Innovation Group, a public policy organization founded by Sean Parker that drove the creation of Opportunity Zones to address geographic inequality. Previous roles also include Chief of Staff for Google Maps, special assistant to the president of Caltech, and speechwriter for Mayor Mike Bloomberg. Matt Lockwood received his JD from the University of Iowa and his BA from Georgetown University, and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his two children, Graham and Caswell.
